Service Designer

“During my studies I always felt like there was something missing. Now I know what that something was.”

In 2006 I wrote a service design diploma on how to create fun, profitable and effective services for public transport in Oslo. After graduation I worked as an Industrial Designer for a modular housing company, where I did product development, interactive design and branding.

After some time, I left and co-founded a design consultancy with my good friend and co-worker, Anders Kjeseth Valdersnes. I soon realized that we both wanted to work with more complex and fundamental challenges than what we were offered through our own small agency.

In March 2007 I joined live|work, working as a designer in our Nordic studio. I believe that my abilities as a designer are put to better use now that I’m creating sustainable and enviable services. I’m also very proud to work with so many people who strongly believe in our ability to change things.
