Service Design Network Conference in Amsterdam
168 participants, 18 speakers and 7 workshops over 3 days.
Sean and Rory opened up the conference in Amsterdam with a presentation entitled Service Innovation and Change from Within. Their talk focused on the challenges of enabling change within organisations and how equipping front line staff with Service Design skills can accelerate change. The conference was attended by a mix of customers, academics and agencies spanning Europe and the US. Everyone brought something to the event, with talks ranging from improving the experience of buying wedding rings from Craig LaRosa at Continuum to Clark Scheffy and Gian Pangaro of Ideo talking about using Metascripts to create a brand experience and service without borders.
