live|work helps to inform NHS Institute’s Productive Community Services programme
live|work have been part of shaping the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement’s latest Productive programme, Productive Community Services, which was launched this week.
We helped to ensure that community services were designed around the needs of patients. We provided the Institute team with insight into the needs and experiences of people using community services and a set of service requirements.
From the Institute: The Productive Community Services programme, launched last week, could help trigger a major restructure around community services, according to our sponsor , National Director for Improvement and Efficiency, Jim Easton. At The Challenge for Community Services conference last week, he described the recession as the “lever” that could kickstart the transformational change required, and promoted the new programme as a “key driver for (that) change.”
