Maggies Night Hike '08
Livewalkers raise £1500 for Maggies Cancer Support Centres
On Friday 19th September 7 livewalkers completed a 20 mile night hike around the City of London to raise money for Maggies Cancer Support Centres. Starting at City Hall near Tower Bridge at 10pm the team walked for a grueling 10 hours stopping at landmarks such as Somerset House, Battersea Power Station, crossing Putney Bridge and finally walking back across the centre of London to finish back at City Hall at 8 in the morning. We raised a total of £1500 thanks to the support of many friends and family. A huge thank you to everyone who sponsored us!
