Riversimple launch new Hydrogen car
A year ago live|work helped Riversimple, the hydrogen fuel cell car start-up, develop a service model for their then unbuilt car.
It launched today! live|work’s Jeremy Walker went to see it for himself and reports that it “Looks great and is super quiet, nippy and has room for two crates of beer in the boot”.
Riversimple’s mission is for the design of the car to be available to everyone as ‘open source’, enabling others to contribute to the design or to develop alternative models from the core technology. live|work’s contribution was to explore how the car could be sold solely as a service. The goal is to enable full recycling of materials and the aim of the service is to encourage ecological use.
We are very proud to have been part of the story and wish Hugo Spowers and the team at Riversimple all the best for the future of the project.
