Festival of Ideas
Bringing together third sector innovators, commissioners and investors
live|work is partnering with the Innovation Exchange to develop their work around Festivals of Ideas into a clear and compelling offer for local and regional public agencies. The Innovation Exchange is a pilot programme, primarily funded by the Cabinet Office, which works to support innovators in the third sector. The Innovation Exchange provides both a vehicle for new ideas and fuel for
creativity.
Festival of Ideas is an event that tries to practically model the idea
behind the Exchange – bringing together third sector innovators, commissioners and investors around innovation. It will help to explore:
• How can they help innovators, commissioners and investors to surface opportunities for innovation?
• How can they help these groups to connect around these opportunities for innovation?
We will be supporting the Innovation Exchange into 2009 to develop the Festival of Ideas offer, pilot and review it and then finally to refine it.
