Stuart Tayler
Junior Service Designer
“Life at live|work is predictably surprising.”
I joined live|work as a designer in May 2007. I’m involved in various stages of a process that predictably yields surprising results.
I use my communication design skills to produce materials that assist the early design stages as well as helping to develop service concepts through later stages. I get a big kick out of working with clients and their customers at co-design workshops in their own environments.
Before live|work I completed a degree in graphic design and won an RSA Student Design Award. I then did an MA in graphic design at the London College of Communication where I focused on using a design methodology for tackling sustainable and social issues around food.
This work convinced me that service design is the place where complex issues, both public and private, can be taken on.
