I joined live|work in August 2006 after more than 25 years at board level in business to business banking and finance, with specific accountability for business operations. My roles at SG Warburg, GE Capital and Abbey National included substantial international experience in Europe, the USA and India.
I have a record of creating and improving services in highly regulated environments, in many cases by challenging traditional service management thinking. My career achievements have been augmented by courses at Henley Management College and the London Business School.
I manage the strategic, commercial and operational aspects of live|work, with an emphasis on enabling our talented team to work its magic.
