Natalie McGhee

Client Experience Manager

“At live|work, we tell our clients to put their users first, my role is to ensure that our clients are at the centre of our service.”

I graduated in 2006 with a BA in European Design from the Glasgow School of Art, where my interest in the use of sociology in service design first began.

I joined live|work in March 2007 as a designer and was involved in a range of projects from designing transport solutions for rural access, to working with organisations to help them innovate from within.

These projects have allowed me to work directly with clients through the entire process and see the impact that our ideas can really have.

As Client Experience Manager my role is to ensure that the live|work client experience is the best it can be, providing continuity and support to all existing and prospective clients.

Outside of work, I am trying to keep up with my languages. I’ve been fluent in French since the age of three and so my current challenge is to bring my Spanish and Italian up to the same level!
