I came to live|work after gaining experience of service design working with the regional development agency, One NorthEast, on its Design Innovation Enterprise Centre (DIEC).

Although my academic background is in social policy, it’s great to be working in a design environment that uses many of the disciplines I studied at university.

My role at live|work is to implement, administer and manage our HR policies, procedures and programmes and to develop our people so that we grow as individuals and as a team.
