“Service innovation is the new, new thing and I’m lucky to be doing it here at live|work.”
I’ve developed and managed research programmes, been the proposition design manager at the RAC and an innovation manager at Norwich Union. Now I have the opportunity to bring all that experience together as a project lead at live|work, delivering service innovation projects for large companies from Orange to tiny start-ups looking at the future of vehicle design.
Always keen to develop the next new, new thing, I now help companies create service propositions and understand the innovation processes and culture that will make these new services a success.
In my spare time I’m also a director of British Design Innovation, a non-profit design body in the UK that helps develop open innovation opportunities for the UK design industry.
