Service Requirements Session
The Service Requirements Session helps clients understand more about us before they formally engage with live|work. As a scoping and assessment exercise this session helps to define where we can help you best and to give you an understanding and feel for working with us. We find that this is productive time for clients and live|work and leads to better projects.
During a session we will
- Identify where your challenges lie – is it in the performance of existing services or a need to innovate to solve pressing issues.
- Identify innovation and improvement opportunities for your business.
- Work through our process on paper to understand how an engagement would work best for you.
- Briefly identify the practical issues that need to be resolved for a project to succeed – resources, time, expertise etc
The key output from this collaboration is a high level assessment of the goals and opportunities but perhaps of equal importance is that we will have tested whether we can work together in a positive and constructive way.
