Over the years I have been fortunate to work in a variety of challenging roles, from project managing large service sector projects in Africa to developing business opportunities for large multi-national brands in Latin America. Add to that my earlier years as an interactive media designer and web tech guy, my experience in branding, addiction to hypnosis and neuroscience and my passion for teaching, which is something I have had since I was 18, and the only field that is multi-disciplinary enough to have me now is Service Design.

These are unique times for Brazil, never before has our economy been so steady and ready to consolidate itself as a major force in the world business game. I am very excited to be part of the live|work family and to be leading the live|work Brazil office in such a promising scenario. Our main goal for the coming years is to spread the word and showcase the efficiency of Service Design to companies throughout Brazil and Latin America.
