In our profession we have one clear objective: to create better moments for people. We make hand-crafted services to meet the exact needs and desires of service users and providers, services that talk on behalf of the organisations’, exceed expectations and become meaningful experiences for people. At live|work we have the opportunity to make those moments available for an even wider audience, contributing to a great new sustainable world.

When I discovered service design, it hit me: that’s what I’ve been preparing myself for, it’s what I want to do! I try to approach every service design project by combining my process and systems knowledge from engineering with a human-centered lens from my design background.

We are inspired and motivated by the challenge of creating service design awareness and developing our local market. It is an honor to be part of a very talented group of people at live|work and to help shape a better future for and with people.
