We reworked business sales data to create Ledger 360 — a credit risk warning service.
It made £2m in the first 6 months.
2005 Vodafone
live|work gave Vodafone a vision of music streaming services long before these concepts became hot topics.
2006 Sunderland
We designed a better journey back to work for unemployed people that saved the taxpayer £2 for every £1 we spent.
2007 BBC
Our vision of the future for audience data informed the strategy for BBC iPlayer.
2008 Gjensidige
After 3 years of partnership with live|work, Gjensidige won TNS Gallup’s 2012 award for best customer service in the Norwegian insurance industry.
2009 Skills Development Scotland
live|work have helped SDS create their own in-house service design team and launch an online career service — My World of Work.
2010 Dementia
With Innomed we designed a service to keep people with dementia connected to their relatives and their nursing team.
2011 Itau Bank
140 Itau executives are now live|work trained service designers.
